New Payment Convenience with The Arrival of The SSE European Standard in Austria

SSE has added a new footprint in the European market with the arrival of a European standard DC charging pile in Austria. In this project, SSE worked with the local customer to develop a new payment system suitable for European countries, which provides a great tool to accelerate the European charging market layout.

The wide variety of payment methods for charging facilities in the European market has caused a lot of inconvenience to users, and there is a need for simpler and more convenient payment methods to enhance the payment experience of electric vehicle owners. The payment system developed by SSE in cooperation with its Austrian customer solves this problem by supporting a wide range of payment methods including credit cards and Apple Pay, which greatly improves the charging operation experience and helps to further promote the construction of EV charging infrastructure in the European market.

As a Chinese pile enterprise "charging" in the forefront of the international track, SSE has started the layout of the European market early, independently developed a series of European standard charging products, successfully applied in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, France, Spain, Belarus and many other countries, gaining the recognition of more and more European customers.

SSE will continue to make efforts in the European market, accelerating the layout of charging facilities in petrol stations and shopping centres in Germany, Austria, Poland and other Central European regions, and HPC high-power liquid-cooled charging piles and other DC fast charging products will gradually arrive in more countries to provide efficient and convenient charging services for local users' green travel.
